Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor include: Handle a caseload of commercial property matters including the acquisition, disposal and letting of all types of commercial premises including office and retail premises, industrial units and restaurants, site assembly, development and disposal. Conduct due diligence, research, and document reviews. Provide expert legal advice to clients on real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and leases. Work closely with senior partners on complex corporate and international matters. Keep abreast of changes in property law and regulations. Commercial Property Solicitors need to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience: Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. PQE is not a measure of the experience they are looking to add to their team and will consider all applicants from 4 years PQE up to very senior Commercial Property Solicitors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent research and analytical skills.
