Job Title: Patient Bookings Coordinator Location: Salford Remuneration: £12.44 - £14.36 per hour Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm Responsibilities: Booking appointments and ensuring patients receive all necessary information and medications. Managing patient correspondence and contact records according to established processes. Assisting in the preparation of patient notes and health information for appointments. Accurately reporting appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities. Supporting audit activities, such as checking patient outcome data and maintaining medical supplies. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of care within our client's organisation.Skills: Previous experience in patient appointment booking, ideally within the National Health Services. Experience working in the National Health Services or private healthcare is required. Experience in booking Endoscopy appointments is desirable.
