Providing support to the Finance & General team within Business Support. Duties will include general admin tasks such as typing, photocopying, mail duties - dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail for the full of Cunninghame House. The team also process invoices for different services within the Council, which includes ordering goods via our financial management system, logging delivery notes and processing invoices once the goods are received. Customer service skills, problem solving skills, time management, organisational skills amongst others. Three National 4 qualifications, or equivalent, one must be in English. Relevant knowledge and/or experience gained through education, voluntary or part time work. Written and verbal communication skills required, ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, take and follow instructions and be motivated and enthusiastic.
