The Rewards

You will work alongside a team of nine qualified technicians in a modern, fully equipped facility featuring the latest diagnostic tools and technology. Your Role
As a Senior Technician in our Tewkesbury team, you will:
* Multi-Brand Servicing: Carry out maintenance and mechanical repairs on a diverse range of vehicle makes and models.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Use modern equipment to identify and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
* Quality Control: Complete thorough inspections to ensure every vehicle meets our high safety and workmanship standards.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate job records and service documentation.
* Collaboration: Work effectively within a professional team to maintain our 4.7-star reputation.
* Skills Evolution: Continue to develop your technical capabilities through ongoing training and support.
What You Need
* Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Automotive Technician.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (preferred); Level 2 with extensive experience will be considered.
* Technical Skill: Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities across multiple brands.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Attributes: A reliable, motivated work ethic with a commitment to "right first time" repairs.
