Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a comprehensive ecommerce strategy Enhance site performance, user experience, and conversion rates Drive traffic and revenue through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social Use data and analytics to uncover insights and optimise performance Manage ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces Oversee merchandising and promotional campaigns Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies Provide customer service support during peak trading periods About You 4 years' experience in ecommerce, with a proven record of driving growth Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role Commercially minded and data-driven decision-maker Proficient in platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Adobe Commerce Expertise in at least 3 of the following: SEO, PPC, email, content, CRO, social, influencer marketing Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Desirable Skills Experience with marketplaces and online merchandising Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools Knowledge of SMS marketing or digital PR Basic video editing or creative production capabilities Why Join Us?
