The role |
As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
* Ensuring food safety, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
