Our Peterborough based client, within the food sector, is looking for a driven Telesales or Account Executive to join their team within an exciting dual role as a .
Seamlessly balancing responsibilities, you’ll strategically allocate time between account management of existing clients and developing new business, in order to achieve KPIs. Successful sales will lead to a larger earning potential with a generous £6,000 bonus.
You will have proven customer service or client management background, with superb relationship building abilities, as well as having a target-driven mindset. Strong verbal communication for telephone sales, being IT/systems literate and having the ability to successfully sell through cold calling are essential for the role.
As Telesales & Customer Service Executive you will:
1. Manage and grow sales into a specific customer base through outbound sales calls and emails.
2. Input sales orders from the existing customer base.
3. Answer incoming sales calls and emails.
4. Deal with all customer service needs in a timely & effective manner.
5. Sell in a promotional deals per day during sales calls & raise awareness of new products.
6. Update the client database with contact and site details.
The role is office based, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on timings (9am-4.30pm with 30 mins lunch break OR 8.30am-4.30pm with 1 hour lunch break).
20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown period.
