Title: Divisional Manager or Senior Divisional Manager (DOE)
Location: Leeds
Package: £100K OTE+, Car Allowance, Private Healthcare, Paid Car Parking, Management Bonus plus more
Responsibilities:
Search are recruiting for a Divisional Manager or Senior Divisional Manager to lead and coach our Commercial Construction team in Leeds.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building a team of Recruitment Consultants from Consultant up to Principle Consultant.
We are looking for someone who wants to lead from the front, develop new business and coach your consultants to progress and exceed expectations.
Search is a private equity backed recruitment agency with revenue over £220m. You will be work alongside our Associate Director and Managing Director to develop and grow the team even further to 20+ headcount.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success within permanent commercial recruitment.
Strong network and knowledge of the Construction market.
Experience or desire to manage a team of successful salespeople through personal development, performance management and the setting of key, smart objectives.
Strong sales and account management experience.
Career focused with a desire to quickly progress and driven by success.
Ability to nurture internal and external relationships.
Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
You must be ambitious, energetic, and hard working.
