An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the College’s Customer Service Centre at Freemen’s Park Campus, supporting customers by resolving queries via telephone and email.The successful candidate will:Have a good standard of education, including maths and English (ideally at Level 2 or equivalent)Have experience in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), or a willingness to develop in this areaHave IT skills supported by a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2) or equivalent practical experienceExcellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be able to work accurately under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Experience of working in a customer service telephone environment is desirable.The hours for this role are: Wednesday 12.30pm - 4.30pm Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday 8.30am - 4.30pmInterview date: 27th May 2026
