We’re currently recruiting compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and the surrounding areas. You’ll play a vital role in helping children feel supported, confident, and included—both academically and emotionally. The Role Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and emotional development Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom routines, and activities Create calm, safe, and inclusive learning environments Encourage positive behaviour, focus, and engagement Adapt to a range of school settings, age groups, and individual needs What We’re Looking For Experience supporting children or young people (education, care, youth work, or similar) A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Confidence working across different primary and secondary school settings A genuine passion for helping children succeed Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Work with Supply Desk?
