Transformation and Consulting Director - SAP Programmes
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation & Consulting Director to oversee the successful delivery of SAP transformation programmes for global clients across both public and private sectors clients. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership, programme management, and consulting expertise to drive complex digital transformation initiatives from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets
* Act as the primary client liaison, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Provide strategic consulting on business process optimization, change management, and technology adoption
* Manage cross-functional teams, including internal consultants, client resources, and third-party vendors
* Develop and maintain programme governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
* Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations
* Support internal capability development and mentor junior consultants
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programmes in a consulting or enterprise environment - Minimum 10 years
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (eg, S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors), integration strategies and benefit cases
* Exceptional senior stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consulting environment
* Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required
* Experienced in contract writing and negotiations
* Demonstrable experience in preparing client proposals and delivering client presentations
* Proven leadership, able to lead and motivate sales teams and client delivery teams to achieve success.
