We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic on-line beauty brand, working with the Creative Director and Creative Lead, both exceptionally talented and well-respected in the creative industry.
We are looking for an Art Director with experience in-house at a beauty brand, someone who can hit the ground running. The main focus will be on ecomms and web assets. You understand the industry and the products, the textures and the lifecycle /process and how to shoot. You must be au-fait with beauty still life as well as model shoots across 360 campaigns. Experience in both still and moving image is essential. A self shooter, who can help develop assets with the social team, would be an added bonus.
You will be part of the creative/ideas process, bringing ideas to the table, as well as involved in the hands-on doing part of the process and developing/bringing ideas to life.
Whilst we are not looking for high st or traditional folios, an understanding of commerciality is essential, but even more pivotal is an eye for progressive luxury, and the ability to find the sweet spot between the two.
There is a need to be highly organised and multi-task across all channels; working across multiple projects simultaneously. You can accommodate budgets of any size, get into the weeds, be comfortable working with an inhouse team and photography studio.
