Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of OFS. This individual must be a proven heavy-hitter with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. The role demands strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery on a day-to-day basis for the OFS project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
* Own the delivery roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
* Engage and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
* Drive governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
* Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and issues.
* Ensure quality assurance and adherence to compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience
* Project/programme management experience, ideally in a works management solution or within the utilities industry.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects.
* Deep understanding of OFS.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
* Comfortable operating in complex matrix environments.
