Position Summary
GSK seeks a Supply Logistics Associate Specialist to join our logistics team in Harlow. This role involves executing tasks such as receiving, sampling, dispensing, picking, checking, packing, and shipping materials across materials management and clinical supply logistics activities.
The logistics team supports the supply chain nodes that produce materials and IP products for GSK Clinical Studies.
This role will be cross-trained to support capacity fluctuations, ensure business continuity, and provide development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver work to agreed service standards.
* Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure successful customer service delivery.
* Plan, receive, sample, warehouse, dispense, and ship materials supporting activities across different operational sites.
* Ensure compliance with global distribution processes (cGxP) for receipt, storage, dispensing, picking, checking, packing, and shipping.
* Keep work areas orderly, safe, and compliant.
* Participate in performance and development planning.
* Ensure all processes and documentation comply with SOPs, cGxP, and EHS requirements.
* Support resolution of urgent system and supply chain issues.
* Maintain facilities and equipment in compliance with GSK policies and regulations.
* Assist in internal and external audits.
* Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
* Execute procedures for cross-border shipment of materials and products.
* Aim for operational efficiency, quality, safety, and cycle time reduction.
