HR Advisor, specialising in Employee Relations.
Office-based in the North Sheffield area.
The role includes a mix of:
* Employee relations casework - this is the main focus of the role
* Employee lifecycle work
* Line manager coaching and advice
* Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
* Recruitment support
* HR data analytics
* HR project work
The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:
* HR Advisor level experience
* Substantial experience of employee relations - leading disciplinaries, grievances, investigations etc. autonomously.
* Self-assured and confident, comfortable having challenging conversations
* CIPD Level 5 or working towards
* Used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise
