As Head of Business Studies, you will:
* Lead the Business Studies department, driving standards of teaching and learning
* Champion our school values and foster a culture of ambition and success
* Oversee curriculum planning, development and delivery for all abilities
* Support, develop and challenge staff, sharing best practice across the school
* Use data to maximize student progress, with a focus on inclusion and achievement for all
* Play a key role in quality assurance, external reviews (such as Ofsted) and school improvement
* Promote a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including pastoral support and enrichment activities
