We’re delighted to be recruiting for a dedicated HR Advisor to join a successful and growing organisation based in Market Harborough. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, working onsite, providing broad HR support across the business while contributing to meaningful people initiatives.
* Salary up to £40k + car allowance
* 40 hours, Monday to Friday
* Hybrid working 2 days in the office
* Based on-site in Market Harborough
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties and responsibilities:
* Providing timely and consistent HR and ER advice to managers on day‑to‑day people matters
* Managing the HR inbox and ensuring queries are resolved promptly
* Maintaining accurate employee records across systems and manual files
* Supporting employee relations cases including sickness absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance issues
* Producing HR data and reports to support stakeholders
Skills and experience required:
o Previous HR experience with proven advisory responsibilities
o CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
o Strong grounding in employee relations and UK employment law
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Experience implementing HR initiatives or policy updates
o Strong administrative abilities and proficiency in MS Office
o Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
o Experience using HR systems
o Multi‑site experience is desirable but not essential
