As an experienced Specialist Financial Adviser with a QCF Level 4 qualification, you'll build lasting client relationships while focusing on business growth. You should be comfortable managing your workload, making commercial decisions, and collaborating with others. Articulate communication skills, a positive outlook, and adaptability to the evolving financial market are essential.
We offer flexibility, a client base in trusted sectors like medicine, dentistry, or teaching, and a wide range of products to meet their financial needs. You’ll develop sector-specific knowledge through comprehensive training.
You’ll develop new relationships and nurture existing ones, supported by a dedicated team that qualifies leads, arranges appointments, and provides technical support, allowing you to focus on understanding your clients’ needs and aspirations.

A starting salary with an OTE of £79,000.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days in 2024, and 30 days after 5 years.
