Care Home Manager
Hours: 40 hours / Days
Location: Forest Gate, Newham
Salary: up to £75,000

To be considered for the role of Home Manager you will have a Nurse qualification, inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalised care through continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU
Inspirational Leadership Skills
Care home management, marketing and occupancy experience
Proven ability to develop and inspire teams to provide exceptional patient care
Excellent organisational and management skills
A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
Experience creating strong links with the local community
You must be a Registered Nurse
