I’m currently working with a leading wealth management firm who are investing heavily in technology and looking to hire a ServiceNow Developer to join their growing engineering function in Liverpool.
What you’ll be doing
* Developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform using an OOTB/config-first approach
* Working across ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management
* Building automations using Flow Designer
* Driving platform governance, stability and upgrade readiness
* Collaborating closely with technical and operational stakeholders
* Supporting platform improvements as part of wider transformation initiatives
What they’re looking for
* Strong ServiceNow Development or Administration experience
* Experience working across ITSM environments
* Knowledge of Flow Designer, integrations and automation
* Understanding of platform governance and best practices
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
* Any ServiceNow certifications would be a bonus
* Major investment into technology and engineering
