The Role: Architectural Technician
You will be responsible for producing detailed construction and working drawing packages for residential developments, including:
* Standard and bespoke housing types
* Technical detailing and construction packages
* Working closely with volume housebuilder clients
About You: Architectural Technician
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential working drawings / technical delivery
* Strong experience working with volume housebuilders
* Knowledge of both standard and bespoke house / flat design
* Excellent technical detailing and construction drawing ability
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Revit experience beneficial but not essential
What’s on offer:
* Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience
* Performance Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus
* Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown (normally 3 additional days)
* Hybrid Working: After successful completion of 4-month probation (2 days WFH)
