We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the Strategy team at Lloyd's. As an internal strategy consultant, you will ensure a consistent, integrated approach in developing and implementing Lloyd's strategy, as agreed by the Executive team and Lloyd's Council.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading engagement on strategic initiatives with managing agents and brokers, market and internal working groups throughout the initiative lifecycle to ensure effective delivery.
2. Providing technical market support for managing agents wishing to expand their global business at Lloyd's, collaborating with market development and operational staff.
3. Partnering with Oversight functions to support development and implementation of key workstreams related to Lloyd's strategy.
4. Creating and maintaining effective capabilities across Lloyd's global network, supporting regional directors and offices as needed.
5. Supporting the Strategy Analysis team in reviewing market trends and developing solutions to inform Lloyd's strategy and promote profitable growth.
6. Enhancing strategic delivery with real-time business propositions and support materials to clearly articulate Lloyd's strategic value to market participants and investors.
7. Consulting broadly with the market to identify challenges, test proposals, and garner support for initiatives.
You will contribute proactively as a senior member of the Strategy team, fostering a unified 'one team, one message' approach to the market. Demonstrating strong leadership to gain market trust and confidence, along with motivational and inspirational leadership to develop team members, is essential.
