Position Summary
Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 35 hours per week. As a Barista Maestro, you will craft quality Costa coffee, inspire your team, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
* Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care
* Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
* Lead by example and support the team to meet brand standards
* Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present
* Manage stock, support deliveries, and maintain store hygiene
* Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
Qualifications
* A genuine love for coffee and people
* A positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence to lead by example
* The ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask effectively
