Job Summary Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team that can work as part of a dedicated, enthusiastic and target driven team to grow sales and ultimately win new waste management contracts across the UK. From generating leads to booking initial meetings this is a role that can have significant impact on “moving the dial!” within the early stages of the sales process. Responsibilities * Lead Generation – Identifying and pursuing leads through market research across numerous platforms. Making a high volume of outbound calls per day to identify the decision makers within organizations and obtain contact information. * Sales Process Management – Follow a structured and proven sales process to guide leads through the funnel from identification through to booking initial meetings. * Telesales/Prospecting – Making outbound calls to decision makers and building rapport in order to identify problems with waste management and book meetings for our Business Development Manager. * Email Campaigns– take information from campaigns to update the CRM, identify new decision makers etc. * Achieve Targets – Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets to bring success. * Follow Up – Follow up is the tool to success. * CRM Management – Information is your most valuable asset in this role, utilize the CRM to harness the information from p...
