an individual with a strong operational background who can communicate confidently with staff and patients. You will bring proven leadership skills, positivity, resilience, and enthusiasm to the role. Experience in delivering service improvements is desirable, and a passion for enhancing patient care is essential.

Reporting to the Performance and Operations Manager (POM); the post holder will manage, motivate, and develop the team of staff providing administrative services, as well as providing day-to-day operational management for the allocated clinical departments. This is to include the management of budgets, Health & Safety, and all aspects of Human Resources within their areas of responsibility. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of challenging performance targets through effective communication and liaise with staff across the Trust as well as organising and analysing complex data.
