Salary: Up to £31,500 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Your Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Plan and deliver activities that meet children’s developmental needs
* Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line withEYFS standards
* Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development
* Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
* Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
* Strong knowledge ofEYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
* A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
