National Account Director / Manager – Media Sales (OOH)

Are you ready to take your agency relationships to the next level? We're looking for a driven
National Account Director/Manager
to join a growing Out-of-Home media business
This role will see you working across the
WPP agency group
, building deep relationships, winning new business, and growing existing accounts. You'll be selling across a dynamic digital portfolio with huge scope for creativity and plenty of backing from a supportive, ambitious team.
What you'll be doing
* Drive revenue growth across a patch of top agencies and direct brand clients
* Build strong, multi-level relationships (from assistants through to directors)
* Deliver fresh, creative solutions to client briefs
* Balance new business development with smart account management
* Be part of a collaborative sales culture, with training and mentoring built in
What you'll bring
* Media sales experience (agency or media owner side)
* Energy, positivity, and a genuine interest in marketing and communications
* Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and relationship-building
* A hunter–farmer mindset with the drive to exceed targets
