Service Administrator
Are you an experienced Service Administrator looking for a stable, well-structured role within a successful automotive dealer group? Our client, a respected automotive business based in Hatfield, is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Service Administrator to support their busy aftersales operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive administration experience who enjoys working in an organised environment with clear processes and Monday–Friday hours.
Salary: £36,000 basic plus Bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll be doing
* Providing full administrative support to the service department
* Processing service and repair invoices accurately and efficiently
* Managing job cards, warranty documentation and service records
* Liaising with technicians, service advisors and the accounts team
* Supporting warranty claims and manufacturer submissions
* Maintaining accurate departmental records and reports
* Ensuring all administration is completed in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
* Handling internal and external queries related to service administration
* Managing document archiving in line with regulatory requirements
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience as a Service Administrator or Automotive Administrator
* Automotive industry experience preferred
* Strong Kerridge experience (essential)
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good Excel and general IT skills
* Organised, methodical and able to manage deadlines
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Positive, reliable and team-focused mindset
