Children’s Residential Support Worker
We are looking for Children’s Residential Support Workers who care about making every moment matter for the children and young people, regardless of qualifications or experience.

About you

* You will need to be adaptable and flexible, with excellent communication skills, and able to work as part of our team.
* Experience of challenging behaviour and/or learning disabilities is preferred, but all training will be provided.
The role
* To provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower children and young people to achieve their goals, respecting their individuality, and enabling them to make appropriate choices in line with their support plans.
* Promote health, well-being, and cultural and spiritual beliefs, ensuring they are met inclusively.
* Facilitate social, educational, or recreational activities such as visiting family, walks, shopping, and other leisure activities.
* Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and possibly personal care.
* Complete records and documentation as part of your role.
