VANRATH are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Belfast, who are seeking an experienced Helpdesk & Facilities Assistant to join their team on a Permanent basis.

* Salary - £26,000 - £30,500
* Monday - Friday
* Permanent
* Hybrid working role - 3-4 days in Office, and 1-2 days at home
* Office based in South Belfast - with On site parking available

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate an efficient and customer-focused Support Hub, ensuring high service standards.
* Manage and track work orders from initiation to completion, escalating issues as necessary.
* Support Facilities Management services, including maintenance, statutory compliance, and asset management.
* Provide administrative and coordination support to managers and officers across FM functions.
* Log service requests accurately, follow procedures, and contribute to performance reports on maintenance and compliance activities.
The Person
* At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk or a similar role in facilities management, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to engage with suppliers and contractors to ensure high performance (not essential).
* Highly organized with strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and work order systems, with qualifications equivalent to NVQ.
