In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and managing high-quality healthcare professionals : including Nurses, Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), and Support Workers.
To ensure we consistently meet the demands of our valued clients. Your ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients will directly support our regional performance and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding service across the sector.

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton Cross, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring we have a steady stream of top-tier healthcare professionals ready to meet client needs. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, and Support Workers through continuous recruitment activity.
2. Creating, posting, and managing engaging job adverts across various platforms to attract the best talent.
3. Proactively sourcing, screening CVs, conducting initial telephone interviews, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
4. Promoting the benefits of working with Hamilton Cross to secure candidate interest and commitment.
5. Ensuring full compliance by maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate files in line with internal and regulatory standards.
6. Developing and nurturing positive relationships with healthcare workers, offering consistent support and engagement.
7. Collaborating with the bookings team to ensure a reliable flow of available staff for client requirements.
8. Contributing to team success by achieving recruitment KPIs and upholding quality benchmarks.
9. Representing the Hamilton Cross brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
10. Championing a positive candidate experience to encourage long-term retention and loyalty.
Qualifications

Essential Experience & Attributes:

Desirable (but not essential):
17. Experience in healthcare or healthcare recruitment
18. Understanding of staffing compliance and industry regulations
19. Familiarity with recruitment databases, CRMs, or applicant tracking systems
