As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our engineering team, helping to shape the future of construction across the UK. You'll have the chance to work in a variety of teams, either on‑site where the action happens or in a design‑based role, depending on where your interests lie.
Responsibilities
* Assisting in the preparation and management of project designs, plans, and specifications
* Supporting the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets
* Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
* Collaborating with project managers and engineers to solve technical issues and ensure project success
* Preparing technical reports, documentation, and providing project updates
Qualifications
* Graduate in Civil Engineering within the past three years (including 2026) or a related degree
* Excited about starting a career in construction engineering
* Organised, with great time‑management skills
* Enjoy solving problems and have strong analytical abilities
* Hold a full UK drivers' licence

Compensation and Pathway
Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility. Pathway: Permanent, Full‑time 2‑year programme, leading to an assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of approximately £38k.
