IP Litigation Paralegal – London
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join its London-based disputes team.
This is a busy, hands-on role supporting complex intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on patent litigation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers across all stages of proceedings, from pre-action through to trial and appeal.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of IP litigation cases, including patent disputes
* Prepare and manage court filings, bundles, and hearing documentation
* Coordinate hearing logistics (trials, appeals, interim hearings)
* Manage document review processes and platforms
* Conduct legal and technical research (including patents and related technologies)
* Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and court personnel
* Assist with case strategy support and general team requirements
Requirements
* Prior experience in IP litigation, ideally with exposure to patent litigation
* Strong understanding of UK litigation procedures and court processes
* Experience with High Court filings and the Civil Procedure Rules
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
