Organise and prioritise your daily workload to ensure you exceed all client expectations. Meet all internal and external deadlines. Marketing and Media: To pro-actively work towards an understanding of all media platforms and their purpose and relevance to all of your clients marketing campaigns and advertising schedules. Systems and Processes: Comply with Space Order processes in SOPS. Collect, mark up client briefs and deliver into studio/creative/digital departments all relevant copy following Company best practice standards. Ensure all Company, Customer and Supplier manual end electronic files are kept up to date. Accuracy: Proof read all marketing communications that are dispatched from the agency to a standard of 100% accuracy. Generate and communicate all media bookings with suppliers with 100% accuracy in line with SOPS. Communicate all client and supplier information to colleagues accurately at all times. Customer Relationships: If requested by your line manager, to liaise with clients in a professional manner and to take accurate messages/notes as required. Account Manager and Customer Support: To provide an effective and helpful level of support to your Customers, Account Manager and Team Members at all times. Apply a pro-active approach to solving problems, seeking assistance where appropriate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Involvement: Pro-actively involve yourself with the team and all team processes, answering all external and internal telephone calls. Relationships: Maintain and develop the agencies relationship with all suppliers.
