Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 50 Hours (Nights)
Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum (basic pay, overtime, on-call allowance and bonuses)

About The Role
Due to continued growth and development, we are looking for customer focused people to join our Utility Division, working on our Thames Water contract to deliver real and effective solutions to waste‑water network and drainage problems.
Responsibilities include travel to residential sites via HGV in a two-person team, operation of high-pressure water jet for restoration, cleaning and maintaining drainage systems, recording job reports, running diagnostics and repairs on drains, delivering good customer service, maintaining health and safety practice, ensuring vehicle stock, complying with health and safety responsibilities, utilizing VISTEC and Salesforce platforms, operating JHL specification vacuum tankers, safely accessing vehicle cabs, sites, and offices, loading/unloading flexible pipework, working unsupervised in all weather, dynamically risk assessing site access, liaising with the client, supporting colleagues, conducting inspections, reporting defects, carrying out risk assessments, and following Lanes Group policies. Additional reasonable ad-hoc tasks may be requested by management.
About You
Hardworking and respectful, with compliance to health and safety standards. Experience with high pressure jetting equipment is useful but not essential. Other drainage qualifications such as NRSWA and Confined Spaces are an advantage.
Must have a minimum of an HGV Class 2 licence, a completed Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), and an up-to-date digital tachograph card.
