Our client based in Portlethen are looking for Mechanic to join their team asap, initially for 2 months.
The role is to support the Coiled Tubing workshop and prepare auxiliary equipment in preparation for offshore.
Key Responsibilities
•Prepare and maintain Coiled Tubing and Pressure Pumping equipment.
•Assist in rig up and function/compatibility testing of equipment.
•Operate forklift when required.
•Communicate with the supervisor when unsure of the task at hand.
•Quickly adjusts to changing job assignments/requirements.
•Work with other team members safely.
•Fault finding in hydraulic circuits.
Desired Qualities/Qualifications
•Mechanical background
•Mechanical Qualification
•Able to work on diesel driven hydraulic equipment
•Coil tubing experience beneficial
•Knowledge of pressure control equipment
