We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident in property compliance to take charge of our portfolio and make a real impact. You will be office-based and willing to make an impact!
Base pay range: To be discussed with your recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the primary contact for tenants, handling queries, inspections, and maintenance requests.
* Coordinate contractors and manage repairs quickly and effectively.
* Ensure our portfolio meets all safety and compliance regulations.
* Oversee new tenancies, from marketing properties to moving tenants in.
* Keep on top of arrears, tenancy agreements, and property records.
* Carry out regular health & safety checks at our head office building.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in property management (buy-to-let experience is a big plus).
* Strong knowledge of tenancy law, compliance, and H&S regulations.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
* A self-starter who thrives working independently.
