We're now seeking a Senior National Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth across our retail and discount channels. Reporting directly to the Head of Market Strategy & Planning, you'll lead commercial strategy, deliver sales and profit targets, and shape pricing and promotional excellence through data-driven insight.
Responsibilities
* Deliver sales, volume, and profit targets across key customers.
* Build strong customer partnerships and lead promotional and pricing strategies.
* Use insight and analysis to optimise trade spend and maximise ROI.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
* Support the long‑term Revenue Growth Management strategy for DCS Group.
Qualifications
* Proven commercial leadership within FMCG or retail.
* Experience driving growth through pricing, promotion, and strategy.
* Strong analytical, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
