We are looking for energetic and organised individuals with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Senior Chef de Partie.
This role will be hired on a FIXED TERM CONTRACT for 2 or 3 months at present.
As a SeniorChef de Partie you will:
* Be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section in the Kitchen, ensuring all food service areas achieve a consistently high standard of food presentation
* Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
* Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
* Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
* Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas
Successful Senior Chef de Partie have:
* Excellent organisation skills
* An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
* The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
* A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
