A growing Independent Connection Provider is looking for a Senior Estimator to take ownership of their bidding processes as they look to bring this in house, and progress into a Head of Pre-Construction position as they develop. Until now, all tendering and pricing has been handled externally. The business is looking to take that knowledge, control and capability internally. You’ll be setting the standard for how bids are built, costed and submitted across a pipeline of 33kV–132kV projects. You’ll have full visibility of the commercial and technical side of schemes and will work closely with engineering and delivery teams from the outset. This isn’t a role where you inherit a system and maintain it. You’ll be building the approach, tools and processes, and then shaping a team around you as the department grows.
