With key industry partnerships, strong infrastructure and rapid growth, they are looking for a Head of Sales to take autonomy of the Grocery function.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging an existing portfolio of Grocery Accounts; Morrisons, Co Op, Tesco, Iceland, and Sainsbury’s. Leading a dynamic and highly experienced Sales Team with further plans for expansion.Create and execute sales strategies for the wider sales team.Build on established relationships with Grocery clients securing new opportunities.New Business Development diversifying into other categories.Candidate Requirements 7+ years’ sales experience; achieving and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG industry.Strong leadership attributes.Well developed relationships with Grocery retailers.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Hybrid working model: 2 days on site in Central London.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing organisation.
