Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for 2 experienced and proactive Customer Service Advisors to work across our vibrant organisation.
What You’ll Do
* Handle all customer enquiries and requests for service, providing effective, efficient, and excellent services, aiming to resolve at first point of contact where possible
* Logging, triaging, and booking of appointments for responsive and packaged repairs
* Proactive communication with customers regarding the status of repairs, amending, cancelling, or rescheduling of appointments
* Communication with maintenance technicians regarding emergencies, changes to schedules, cancellations etc
* Proactive communication with customers for longer lead time jobs
* Responding to first line enquiries regarding all customer appointments
What You’ll Need
* Experience of working in a customer service, customer contact role with proven passion in delivering the customer experience and service excellence
* Solid customer service and communication skills
* Ability to follow defined processes and procedures in an accurate and consistent manner
* Good experience and knowledge of IT packages
