The role
Are you a dynamic and inspirational curriculum leader with a proven track record of driving exceptional outcomes in Maths? Do you thrive on challenge, collaboration, and innovation? Wingfield Academy is seeking a hardworking Associate Senior Leader of Mathematics to lead transformational improvement across the faculty to ensure that our young people make exceptional progress.
In this high-impact role, you will be accountable for subject outcomes, working as part of the extended senior leadership team to improve curriculum design and implementation in Maths. A key focus of the role will be designing a curriculum based upon a strong foundation of assessment and robust intervention that meets the needs of all learners, ensuring equity, ambition, and exceptional progress for every student.
About you
We’re looking for someone with excellent subject expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and ambition. You will bring proven experience as a senior leader, with a strong track record of driving improvement and raising attainment. In addition to this, you will possess previous experience of successful staff management and a successful track record of managing change at a whole school or college level.
