The role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You will support your team through coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and contribute to the restaurant's success.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
* Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
* Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
