Lead the end-to-end fleet tender process across our European estate Manage new and replacement fleet procurement activities Coordinate short-term rental requirements across sites Monitor and minimise out-of-contract costs Manage supplier relationships and act as the key point of escalation Support sites in maintaining fully operational and compliant fleets Monitor and evaluate costs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Build and maintain KPI packs and present monthly progress reports to Senior Leadership teams Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive and maintain operational standards Share and support best practice across the wider business Support the wider Group Engineering team with ad-hoc tasks Our Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) fleet is integral to the operational, logistical, and transportation sectors of our business.
