<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>A national environmental consultancy is recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for sites across the Yorkshire and Midlands regions. The role involves full‑range surveying and analytical duties for local authority, public sector and commercial sites, with a focus on managing, refurbishing, de‑contaminating and inspecting sites for asbestos.</p><h3>Experience & Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Holding the BOHS qualification (P402 / P403 / P404) or an equivalent RSPH designation is essential.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of health and safety guidelines, particularly HSG 264 and HSG 248.</li><li>Proficiency in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems for record‑keeping.</li><li>Strong communication skills – able to liaise efficiently with colleagues and clients.</li></ul><h3>The Role</h3><ul><li>Carry out management, refurbishment, demolition and re‑inspection surveys.</li><li>Work in line with HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines.</li><li>Sample suspected ACMs on site, bag safely and label correctly before sending for analysis.</li><li>Conduct four‑stage clearances.</li><li>Undertake smoke, leak, re‑occupation, background and personal air testing.</li><li>Audit contractors on site.</li><li>Complete detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.</li><li>Liaise with clients and maintain excellent professional relationships.</li></ul><h3>Employer Overview</h3><p>Future Select is a leading market supplier for recruitment in the asbestos industry, with over 25 years of combined industry experience.
