This full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing, therapeutic setting and is passionate about making a real difference. As a Teaching Assistant in this unique school community, you will support pupils aged 7 to 16 with a wide range of needs - including trauma, anxiety, behavioural challenges, and social, emotional and mental health needs. This Teaching Assistant role will also involve outreach work and travel between nearby school sites, so a driving licence and access to a car is essential. You will work 1:1, in small groups, and provide classroom support in smaller, calmer environments where meaningful learning can truly take place.
