We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Help manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
* Answer queries regarding the menu, specials, and services offered.
* Run food, clear tables and generally assist in a busy restaurant environment.
* Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
* Maintain knowledge of current promotions and events to inform guests.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns promptly.
* Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
