Commercial Solicitor – Ambitious, Client‑Focused Team | Leeds (Hybrid)
We are working with this very established and growing UK law firm with a strong commercial practice who are hiring a Commercial Solicitor to join its vibrant team in Leeds. You'll support a varied commercial caseload, advising a diverse client base from fast‑growing SMEs to larger organisations across sectors including technology, retail, leisure, professional services, charities and public bodies.
Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
* Advising on compliance matters, including data protection, e‑commerce and other commercial legal issues.
* Assisting senior fee‑earners in complex client matters and gradually building your own file management responsibilities.
* Working within a hybrid model that combines office and remote working.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with c.2‑5 years' PQE in commercial contracts or related commercial law.
* Strong drafting and analytical skills with commercial awareness.
* Collaborative, confident communicator with a practical approach to client service.
* Enjoys working in a supportive team and keen to grow their expertise.
