About the Role
The Development & Engineering (D&E) division at ASML US - Wilton is responsible for specification, design, integration, qualification, industrialization, and delivery of functions and modules such as Reticle Positioning, Reticle Handling, and Alignment Sensor, which are integrated into ASML's end products.
As a D&E Cluster Quality Manager, you will oversee the Cluster Quality Roadmap and monitor the quality of D&E US Wilton deliverables. You will lead quality improvements across product quality, development processes, reporting, tools, and training, acting as a change agent to enhance the Quality Management System and organizational mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers in mechatronic, electronic, mechanical, and optical design, collaborating with stakeholders to drive solutions and change management.
* Define and implement the Quality Strategy for the Wilton D&E Cluster, aligning with global quality roadmaps.
* Develop, review, and approve Quality Engineering objectives and action plans.
* Hire, mentor, and manage Quality Engineers supporting NPD, NPI, and sustaining development teams.
* Ensure the quality strategy aligns with the global quality roadmap and promote a quality-focused culture.
* Incorporate customer feedback into departmental improvements.
* Manage resolution of product quality issues, including corrective actions and risk assessments.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process assessments.
* Lead audits and maintain compliance with ISO standards.
* Identify training needs and promote quality awareness.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in relevant engineering fields.
* Minimum 10 years in complex, international, technically-driven organizations, with experience in mechatronic or optical systems.
* At least 5 years in leadership roles managing quality, projects, or lines.
* Proficiency with quality tools and methods like Six Sigma, FMEA, root cause analysis, etc.
* Knowledge of ISO9001, SEMI standards, and audit processes.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; change management experience is a plus.
